Return and Refund Policy

At FinnShots, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines regarding our return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Custom-made products
  • Perishable items
  • Sale or clearance items (non-refundable)

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact us at to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  • Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe contact us immediately. 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as “final sale”

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within  7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs.
