1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within  10 business day after the payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details, including tracking information (if applicable).

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is  5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery time will vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

3. Shipping Destinations

FinnShots ships both domestically and internationally. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for international orders. Customs and import duties may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within  7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately . We may request photos of the damage for claims purposes, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you and arrange for re-shipment. Please note that you may be responsible for additional shipping fees in this case.
